As we all know yoga is moving at a fast pace in today's generation and all age groups are involving themselves in yoga. From personal experience yoga has always benefited me health wise and this book has gotten me deeply involved. It brings happiness, peace, mind control and a lot of other minute things in life that we are ignorant towards.
